  1. Introduction:
    The following document sets out the nature of the relationship between you as a client or website user and Mazza Excellence as a service provider. From time to time we may make changes to this document and we advise that you check back regularly to ensure that you still agree. By booking or using the Mazza Excellence website or any other service which we provide, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms as laid out here.
  2. Use of our website
    You undertake to only make use of our digital services as intended and to refrain from any editing or otherwise changing the website as presented.
  3. Payment and Deposits
    All quotes given by Mazza Excellence are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. All bookings must be secured with either a credit or debit card. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken within 7 days of the start of the booking and the balance remaining will be collected 24 hours before the booking commences. We do not charge a surcharge for credit or debit card bookings. Additional charges such as waiting and parking costs may be added to your bill.
  4. Cancellations
    We understand that from time to time cancellations may be unavoidable. If we are forced to cancel a booked service, all monies taken shall be fully refunded. If a passenger elects to cancel a booking, the following charges shall apply: Cancellation more than 7 days before booking commencement: No Charge Cancellation within 7 days of booking commencement: 50% deposit will be retained Cancellation within 24 hours of booking commencement: Full payment will be retained and no refunds will be issued.
  5. Bookings
    While we endeavour to meet any short notice bookings, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee any booking made within 18 hours of hire commencement. All bookings must be confirmed in writing in advance of hire commencement by Mazza Excellence. However you choose to book, be that via our contact form, by email or by phone, we shall email out a confirmation. Please do not consider the hire agreement made until such time as this confirmation has been sent. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or cancellations beyond our reasonable control. These may include unexpected road closures, civil strife, acts of terrorism, natural disasters or any other event that we cannot reasonably foresee.
  6. During Your Hire
    We operate a strict no smoking policy in all of our vehicles. Every effort will be made to ensure that your driver and vehicle arrive on time and as expected, though we will not be held responsible for events no reasonably within our control. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who they deem to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or a threat to the driver, vehicle or any other passenger. Lost property shall be stored at our office and we shall endeavour to return any missing item to it’s rightful owner. This being said, Mazza Excellence accepts no responsibility and will not be held liable for any loss or damage of a passenger’s property.
